Your quick and easy guide to Total Health Cleanse™ 9-Day Cleansing Program


  1. Avoid all toxins during the entire program. This includes alcohol, tobacco, and unhealthy foods (especially fatty or fried meals).
  2. In the morning, take 4 capsules with 16 oz. of water on an empty stomach. Then do not eat for 3 hours.
  3. Drink another 32 oz. of water throughout the day. Urinate as frequently as possible.
  4. Take 4 more capsules with 16 oz. of water on an empty stomach 1 hour before bed. This should be at least 3 hours after eating.
  5. Repeat steps 2-4 for seven days.
  6. On Day 8, do not take any capsules. This is detoxification day. Continue to drink plenty of water and urinate frequently. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP.
  7. On the morning of Day 9, check your FIRST URINATION for unwanted toxins (with a personal toxin screen). Your first urination will always have the highest toxicity, so it’s best to check this worst-case scenario.
  8. If toxins are still present, take the remaining 4 capsules with 16 oz. of water. During the next 24 hours, continue to avoid all toxins, eat healthy, and drink plenty of water. The next morning repeat Step 7 (check your first urination of the day for unwanted toxins).

What To Eat:

  1. Grilled or baked chicken, turkey, fish, or shrimp.
  2. Salad (lettuce, vegetables with balsalmic vinaigrette dressing only)
  3. Drink only bottled water, 100% cranberry juice, or green tea
  4. Steamed/raw vegetables (carrots, kale, tomato, or broccoli
  5. Fruit
  6. Eggs
  7. Beans

What Not To Eat:

  1. NO canned or prepackaged foods (high sodium content)
  2. NO bread, pizza, crackers, sugary cereals, etc.
  3. NO dessert or high calorie foods
  4. NO coffee, cokes, or alcoholic beverages
  5. NO ingredients you can’t pronounce

To Exercise or Not To Exercise

Many toxins are stored in your fat cells, and exercising a couple of hours a day while drinking plenty of fluids can help speed up the detox process. However, when toxins are stored in one’s fat cells they are not detectable. Toxin presence is measured through the release of toxins, not the storage of toxins. Therefore, you want to stop exercise and minimize toxin release when detoxification day arrives.

For best results: Exercise prior to the program, and on days 1-3.
Do Not Exercise (take it easy!) for days 4-9.
